Ten Rules to Consider Before Starting Your Data Strategy Project

Earlier today, we participated in Leaders Live, a monthly broadcast show featuring discussions with leaders on the major issues facing the industry.

The session, featuring Kevin Brilliant, Director of Business Strategy of the Chicago Bulls; Anna Semens, Formula E’s Insights and Analytics Director; and Phil Sharpe, Infront X’s Managing Director and COO, is all about data and how fan data is being collected and used, how to commercialize fan data and current and future fan engagement best practices.

In preparation for the session, we asked T.J. Iaciofano, our Head of Commercial Strategy for some advice on getting your data project off the ground.
